Secretary Netball, Mr. Perry Jumat was busy in rebuilding the Pool with much intent to participate at tournaments conducted by the governing body Netball Federation of Sri Lanka. We have managed to rope in a few national players to represent CMCC this season. A former national player Skipper Naushali Rajapakse (Goal Keeper), another former national poolist Malsha Ratnayake (Goal Attack) and Uner-21 Sri Lanka player Dilani Perera (Centre) represented CMCC at the encounter against ARMY. The sport is in very good hands and many thanks to Secretary Mr. Perry Jumat and Coach Ms. Hyacinth for their untiring efforts to rebuild the team. Vice Presidents Mrs. Sabina Jayah and Mrs. Marlene Lantra were appointed Co-Chairpersons to develop the sport.
